Think for a minute! How stupid must South Korea be to go and "practice" right, right on the border of their arch enemy! Please! The US and South Korea can't be that stupid. An "ENEMY" by definition won't hesitate to use any opportunity to retaliate to suspicious behaviour, and that was definitely suspicious, by the most conservative standards. Don't get me wrong, the communists (North) are the biggest idiots, with their backward political ideology, but the South should have been more careful, they could have prevented this, that's why I don't think it's an accident at all, that they just happen to be doing drills right next to the North!!!
