Think for a minute! How stupid must South Korea be to go and "practice" right, right on the border of their arch enemy! Please! The US and South Korea can't be that stupid. An "ENEMY" by definition won't hesitate to use any opportunity to retaliate to suspicious behaviour, and that was definitely suspicious, by the most conservative standards.
